NCCE announces a vacancy for Finance and Admin Assisant:
Reporting and Supervision
The NCCE Administrative and Financial Assistant will report to the NCCE Financial Manager.
Responsibilities:
The NCCE Administrative and Financial Assistant will use his/her technical skills, education, experience, and country knowledge to accomplish the following tasks:
· Assist NCCE Financial Manager in preparing contracts, contract modifications, subcontracts, purchase orders, consultant agreements, etc.;
· Develop and maintain financial and administrative filing systems;
· Prepare necessary documentation for tender announcements;
· Prepare incoming tender applications for the review by the NCCE management;
· Obtain offers and invoices for NCCE procurements;
· Check and review agreements and service delivery notes for NCCE paid services;
· Track employee vacation and sick leave balances;
· Maintain and update NCCE personnel files;
· Assist NCCE Financial Manager in preparing reports responding to internal and/or external audit requests;
· Assist with organizing NCCE events, such as workshops, conferences, and seminars;
· Prepare and check supporting documents on transportation, travel reimbursement, office equipment, and communications;
· Manage office duties, including organizing correspondence, answering phone calls, booking travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, maintaining contact list, etc.;
· Perform other responsibilities as needed.
